Responsibilities include:
Mustard Seed
Bulletin
All legal needs
Corporation Business
Building use scheduling
Office supplies and office equipment
Maintain all insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage in all areas (liability, workers comp, fire, business, etc)
Office manager, liaison between secretary/office/session/volunteers
Coordinate and keep all corporate business of the church
Coordinate Church Inventory with Building and Grounds
Maintain church web site
Coordinate activities of the Church Historian
Coordinate publicity of church, central clearinghouse for Sun News paid advertising
Church and address directories
Maintain all contracts
Provide info for bulletin/Mustard Seed as needed
