Annual Audit of Church and Y2K books

Memorials and gifts

Provide info for bulletin/Mustard Seed as needed

Provide adequate information as to the budget amounts remaining for each committee

Pay bills in a timely manner that have been authorized by each committee

Report the state of the General Fund to the session and the congregation

Count the collection each Sunday

Deposit all funds in the appropriate bank accounts

Handle all mortgage and loan business; make payments and negotiation interest rates and terms
